The house includes three modern and comfortable apartments ideal for family groups. Each apartment has an air conditioning in living room, TV/SAT, WiFi, well equipped kitchen, bed sheets and towels. The owners also live in the house. Pets are not allowed.
This first floor apartment can accommodate six people. It provides three bedrooms, two bathrooms, air conditioned living room, kitchen and two balconies. Two bedrooms have double beds and the third one has two single beds (90x200cm). Kitchen has gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge and coffee maker. You also have washing machine, hair dryer, bed sheets and towels. All bedrooms and living room are air conditioned.
NOTE: Apartment is not suitable for youth groups. A security deposit in the amount of 150,00 EUR must be left and will be returned on the last day in case everything is in order. Swimming pool can be used 9 - 22h. Visitors from outside the house only on request.
