The apartment is located on the second floor (accessible by elevator) and has a bright, spacious and high quality furnished living room with a sofa bed as well as a large window front for a fantastic panoramic view of the city, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one of them with 2 single beds) as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. It also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, cable TV, a baby cot and a high chair. The entire apartment is modern and minimalistically furnished and provides an absolute feel-good atmosphere. All rooms are equipped with electric blinds. The special highlight of the 102 m² accommodation is the central location, which allows you to reach shops, restaurants and bars in a few minutes on foot. A supermarket is only 350 m or a 5-minute walk away and the sandy beach of the city, Playa de Las Alcaravaneras, is a 9-minute drive (5 km) from the property. The famous sand dunes in the south of the island (Maspalomas) are a 44-minute drive or 57 km away. Enjoy the fresh sea breeze and stroll through the impressive sandy landscape.
