The spacious 450 m2 house stretches over 3 floors and consists of a living/dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 6 bedrooms as well as 4 bathrooms and an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in every room), fans (in all of the bedrooms), a washing machine, a television, children's toys, a safe and a fireplace. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private outdoor area consists of a garden, a covered terrace, an open terrace, a barbecue, a balcony, a pool and an outdoor shower. The outdoor area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday - chill out on the sun loungers with a good book or enjoy a barbecued meal on the terrace. In 6-10 minutes walking you will reach restaurants, bars and cafes. The nearest supermarket is a 22-minute walk or 7-minute drive away. This is the ideal accommodation for golf enthusiasts as golf courses Puntiro and Son Gual can both be reached in under 15 minutes by car. The centre of Palma de Mallorca is also under 20 minutes away driving where you can enjoy the sights or spend the day at one of the beaches. Furthermore, Palma de Mallorca airport is a 16-minute drive away (3.9 km).



Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Beach towels are provided for free. At the neighbouring Finca, there are some hens so you can take fresh eggs, in addition, there is a pond with fish. We recommend you to bring a car to discover the area. The air conditioning only works during the night (from 20:00 to 08:00).
