The ground floor was designed as a 140sqm loft in which social or family gatherings are the central point: living, cooking and eating openly merge into one another. A guest room, a bathroom (with window) and a guest toilet (with window) were preserved. The entire ground floor is oriented towards the sea and the coast. On the upper floor are the other three full bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms (with window). Each of the bedrooms has its own private terrace.
