The beautiful two-storey house "Can Peric" is located in the Vall de'n March, only 6 km from the village of Pollença, in the middle of the Tramuntana Mountains, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. It was completely renovated in 2001 following a typically-Majorcan style, even preserving an animal-powered flour mill used to grind grain and make flour, dating from the 18th century. The 243 m² villa consists of a living room with a wood stove, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (with 2 single beds) as well as 3 bathrooms and it therefore can accommodate up to 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, air conditioning (in every room), satellite TV, a baby cot and a highchair (both upon request). The private outdoor area consists of a garden with a swimming pool, an outdoor shower and sunbeds where you can relax or cool off on warm summer days. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious dishes and enjoy them on the covered and uncovered terrace while admiring the mountainous landscape. There is also a ping-pong table. As it is located in a quiet area surrounded by mountains and away from mass tourism, there are also many hiking routes nearby, highlighting the popular dry-stone route GR221. The nearest beaches are in Cala de Sant Vicenç at 10 km, about 15 min. by car and in Puerto de Pollença at 13 km. The nearest restaurant is 9 minutes (5.9 km) by car and the nearest bar is 10 minutes (6 km) by car from the accommodation.



There are parking spaces available on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. No parties or events are allowed.
