A lovingly furnished living room, a modern and fully equipped kitchen, a cozy bedroom with a king-size bed, and a stylish bathroom give the holiday apartment its special charm.



The private balcony invites you to start your morning outside with a hot cup of coffee while enjoying the beautiful surroundings.



Are you arriving by car? No problem! A parking space is available directly at the apartment. Please let us know in advance if you need it. The parking space is available for an additional fee.



Public transport, which takes you to the surrounding villages and mountains, is easy to reach. Cafés, restaurants, and bakeries are within walking distance and invite you to enjoy a delicious brunch or a relaxed aperitif.



Whether you visit the Hofburg, spend a relaxing day strolling through the old town, or take a guided tour of the historic Neustift Monastery: Brixen offers numerous opportunities and experiences, both cultural and culinary. In winter, you can reach the traditional Brixen Christmas market in just 200 meters, and the Plose ski area is only a 20-minute drive away. The city of Brixen is also an ideal starting point for activities such as hiking and cycling or for day trips to famous sights throughout South Tyrol.
