The two-storey property consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, one bathroom, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to five people. Parking is available on the property and free parking is available on the street. Pets are not allowed. Air conditioning is installed in the two bedrooms on the ground floor. In the other rooms, such as the dining room and the mezzanine, there are portable fans. The bedrooms also have ceiling fans, in case you prefer not to use the air conditioning.
