Located in Santa Lucia, the holiday home ‘La Casa di Barbara’ is just a few steps away from the beach. The charming 2-storey house consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with a queen size bed and one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine and a television. A highchair and a baby cot are also available upon request. Your private open terrace invites you to start the morning outside with a cup of coffee while you enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. An outdoor shower is also available. Thanks to its excellent location, restaurants, bars and cafes can be reached on foot in just one minute. The nearest supermarket is also located just a 1-minute walk from the property. The tower of Santa Lucia can be reached on foot in a mere 2 minutes (190 m) while the beach Spiaggia delle Barche is just a stone's throw away (less than one minute on foot). Here you can soak up the sun while relaxing on the sand. Furthermore, Olbia airport is 48 minutes away by car (56 km).
