This detached chalet with 2 parking spaces offers luxury and privacy. It includes a luxury hall for sports equipment and laundry facilities, a stylish living room with fully equipped kitchen and unobstructed views of the surrounding area. The terrace and meadow, with garden furniture, loungers and barbecue, offer play space for children and max 2 pets. The sauna room includes a Finnish sauna, rain showers and double sinks. One electric charging station is available for a fee
In winter, a thick layer of snow turns the Donnersbachtal into a real winter fairytale. There is a choice of 2 snow-sure ski areas with a total of 50 km of slopes, the Riesneralm and the Planneralm. Planneralm is the highest ski village in Styria! If you are staying with children, the Riesneralm with its own 'children's ski area' is highly recommended. Something other than skiing? Then pay a visit to the natural toboggan run near the Mörsbachalm and you can hit the cross-country trails in front of the chalet.

In summer, there is also plenty of entertainment: a challenging 3D archery course, the E-Enduro Bike Park, you can go fly-fishing and unique is the "Gipfel" swimming pool at a height of no less than 1900 metres! A heated swimming pool atop the summit of Mount Riesnerkrispen (1922m) with 360-degree panoramic views

Charging an e-car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption (if possible) or at a flat rate and will be charged to you separately as an additional cost. For questions about charging specifications, contact the homeowner/contactperson on the spot before arrival. Illegal charging of a car is not allowed
