It is only 4 km from Rijeka Airport and is set against the backdrop of the protected cultural heritage of Omišalj Old Town, overlooking the entire Kvarner Bay. Dating back to the early 1900s, it offers stunning sea views and an outdoor pool. It is a perfect holiday oasis that satisfies all senses.

Heritage Villa Castel Muschio is spread over 4 floors. The ground floor consists of a stylish modern living area, dining room and modern fully fitted kitchen leading onto an upper terrace. One floor below is a gym, a sauna with a cold shower, an indoor hot tub and a game room. All ground floor areas have direct access to the pool, an outdoor dining area and a sunny lower terrace. The first and second floors consist of a total of 4 luxurious double bedrooms with stunning sea views. The villa is complemented by historical artifacts and decorated throughout with the artistic impressions of the old town of Omišalj. It can accommodate 8 people and is just 200 meters from the city center. Its location makes it an ideal hub for exploring this magical island and beyond.

The villa offers a large two-tiered terrace with a meditation corner and a pool with loungers, a sculpture garden and a children's area with a large trampoline, pool table and table tennis. For the complete holiday experience there is also an outdoor dining area with a barbecue. All terraces offer exquisite sea views at sunset. The yard is completely fenced.

The different levels of the villa are air-conditioned and/or have underfloor heating, making it a home for all your needs regardless of the season. It is aimed at all generations of guests all year round. Private parking spaces are secured. The old town itself is a car-free zone and the owners will take your luggage to/from the site by quad bike. The quad will be available on site at the supply yard (driver's license and deposit required).

Heritage Villa Castel Muschio is an immaculate, meticulously furnished vacation home with luxurious amenities and valet parking right on the edge of the Old Town. It has the feel of a rural villa with its peace and pedestrian tranquility, although with all the urban services one needs within easy reach.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
Pets allowed, the first pet is free of charge. In case you are arriving with more than one PET, a fee in amount of 18,45 per pet per day EUR will be applied.
A deposit of EUR 500 is required in cash upon arrival.
Two parking spaces are available in the public parking lot (250m from the villa).
The parties are not allowed.
