Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (in the living room and in the hallway in front the bedrooms), a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair. Your private furnished balcony invites you to start the day with a hot cup of coffee while you admire the view of the surrounding greenery and of the sea. Due to its excellent location in the Port of Alcudia, there are shops, bars, restaurants just outside. Even so, the flat is very quiet and peaceful, as the windows and doors are double glazed and it is perfectly soundproofed. The Alcudia beach is only a 3 minute walk from the property and the Hidropark water park is a 27 minute walk or a 6 minute drive (2,9 km). Palma de Mallorca Airport (62.2 km) can be reached in 44 minutes by car.

This apartment is very quiet since there are no neighbours above or next to the flat. You can really relax here.
