The fully equipped Sankt Johann I holiday apartment is located in the historic old town of Konstanz, boasting an excellent location in the city's oldest district, Niederburg, and individually designed interiors with attention to detail. The accommodation is in a listed building from 1275, fully renovated in 2020.



The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and cable TV, a well-equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine, as well as a bathroom with shower. It accommodates 2 guests.



You can use the courtyard to store bicycles or relax on the shared open terrace with barbecue.



A wide selection of shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés is nearby (20–300 m; 1–5 minutes on foot). Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes’ walk), and the nearest swimming spot, Konstanz Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes’ walk).



Popular destinations include the Bodensee-Therme (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can unwind in pools and saunas.



Konstanz main train station is 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot). The Schottenplatz bus stop is about 100 m away. Friedrichshafen Airport is 32.6 km away (1 hour 13 minutes by car). Zurich Airport is 70 km away (50 minutes by car; direct train connection from the airport station to Konstanz).



A local tourist tax must be paid on site. Please note the bathroom has no door. The apartment is in the historic city center; there is no direct parking. Free parking by the lake is about 25 minutes’ walk away. Please leave the apartment swept clean at check-out.
