The village of Tisens (Italian: Tesimo) is idyllically situated in the Adige Valley between Bolzano and Merano on a sun-drenched hill and is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Embedded between a beautiful garden and the towering mountains is the apartment building Schlosserhaus, which perfectly combines modern architecture with the alpine style, with the 70 m2 holiday apartment "Vinum - Schlosserhaus 31" on the ground floor.

The new and light-flooded apartment has a living room with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchen with cooking island, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer, a bedroom with an electrically height-adjustable box spring bed in queen size and a very tasteful bathroom with washstand, walk-in shower and separate toilet and offers space for 4 persons.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable and satellite reception, underfloor heating and a high chair for children.



Outside there is a beautiful, spacious terrace with dining area and deckchairs. The view of the mountains is indescribably beautiful and makes you forget the hectic pace of everyday life quickly.



In addition, the neighbouring Residence Kronstein has a community garden with sunbeds, barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a community laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The communal facilities of Residence Kronstein are freely available to guests of the Schlosserhaus.



Sporting activities such as hiking or cycling start right at your front door. There is also a supermarket and several restaurants on site (140 to 250 m, 3 min walk).



Guests of the Schlosserhaus get free entrance to the open-air swimming pool of Tisens.

Parking spaces are available on the property.

Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored.
