The village of Tisens (Italian: Tesimo) is idyllically situated in the Adige Valley between Bolzano and Merano on a sun-drenched hill and is a paradise for hikers, mountain bikers, nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Embedded between a beautiful garden and the towering mountains is the apartment building Schlosserhaus, which perfectly combines modern architecture with the alpine style, with the 54 m2 holiday apartment "Berg und Tal - Schlosserhaus 31" on the second floor.

The apartment, which is as good as new and lovingly furnished with natural materials, has a living room with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 persons, a well-equipped kitchenette with stove, coffee machine, dishwasher and large fridge-freezer, a bedroom with an electrically height-adjustable box spring bed in queen size and a very tasteful bathroom with washstand, shower and separate toilet and offers space for 4 persons.

An oven can be provided upon request.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, a TV with cable and satellite reception, underfloor heating and a high chair for children.



Outside there is a large, furnished balcony at your disposal. The view of the mountains is indescribably beautiful and makes you forget the hectic pace of everyday life quickly.



In addition, the neighbouring Residence Kronstein has a communal garden with loungers, barbecue and garden furniture, as well as a communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The communal facilities of Residence Kronstein are freely available to guests of the Schlosserhaus.



Sporting activities such as hiking or cycling start right at your front door. There is also a supermarket and several restaurants on site (140 to 250 m, 3 min walk).



Guests of the Schlosserhaus get free entrance to the open-air swimming pool of Tisens.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Motorbikes and bicycles can be stored.
