Thanks to the central location, you’ll find numerous shops, restaurants, bars, and cafés just steps away (20–300 m; 1–5 minutes on foot). Lake Constance is about 300 m away (5 minutes’ walk), and the nearest swimming spot, Konstanz Rheinstrandbad, is 800 m away (11 minutes’ walk).



Among many nearby attractions, the Bodensee-Therme is one of the most popular destinations in Konstanz (3.8 km; 10 minutes by car), where you can enjoy pools and saunas.



Konstanz main train station is 1.2 km away (5 minutes by car or 11 minutes on foot). If you’re arriving by train, this property is a great choice. The Schottenplatz bus stop is about 100 m away.
