This property is located in the centre of the Chiana Valley, on a slight hill. Your comfortable holiday home with equally comfortable private pool area is located on the spacious, well-kept grounds. The former farmhouse consists of four separate holiday apartments, which have been restored and furnished with great taste. The spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor offers the opportunity to stay cool even on hot summer days; it is divided into a well-equipped kitchen area, dining area, living room with maxi TV, bathroom and fitness room. There is also an open summer kitchen with barbecue and pizza oven. At the rear of the house there is a long covered terrace with seating areas and sun loungers, and by the pool there is another covered terrace with comfortable loungers for relaxing after a refreshing dip in the large pool. The very discreet owners live in a separate villa on the property.

From everywhere you can enjoy a wide panoramic view over the Chiana Valley with its many beautiful towns and excursion destinations: In addition to the charming little town of Monte San Savino (8 km), the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona beckons to the east, 25 km away on the mountain; to the south-west, the wine town of Montepulciano (35 km) and the famous Renaissance town of Pienza (40 km); Arezzo, with its historic centre and large antiques market (every 1st weekend of the month), is only 20 km away and Siena, with the most beautiful square in the world, the Piazza del Campo, can be reached in less than an hour (50 km). The slightly hilly Chiana Valley with its many small paths and roads is ideal for biking. A cycle path runs right through the valley along the central Canale Maestro. Lake Trasimeno is about 30 kilometres away, with child-friendly sandy beaches and a boat trip to the small islands. Cookery courses and cookery service on request on site. In Montagnano (1.5 km) you will find everything you need for your daily needs.
