The spacious living and dining area with plenty of daylight creates a warm, inviting atmosphere and is directly connected to the very well-equipped kitchen. Two comfortable bedrooms and a modern bathroom offer sufficient space for couples, friends or small families.
Particularly pleasant is the living climate thanks to a modern pellet stove, which heats the entire house including the underfloor heating and ensures cosy hours even on cooler days. There is no air conditioning, however, fans are available that provide pleasant air circulation on warm days. The lovingly designed outdoor area is an oasis of tranquillity: The chlorine-free pool (2.5 × 7.5 m) with outdoor shower offers refreshing cooling, while several covered terraces – some rain-proof, some with natural reed roof – create ideal places to relax at any time of day. From the roof terrace, a wide view opens up over the Mallorcan landscape to Santanyí – and even the sea can be seen in the distance.
The spacious property invites you to discover tranquil spots in the garden and enjoy peace far from tourist centres. A television with German and Spanish channels as well as a washing machine are also available. Families are catered for: a baby cot and high chair are available on request.
The finca offers basic initial equipment that makes starting the holiday easier. This includes bed linen, towels, and some essential items for kitchen and bathroom. If something is used up during the stay, it will be replenished as needed by the guests as part of self-catering.
Please note that a cat lives in the house who likes to seek contact with guests. For allergy sufferers, the finca may therefore possibly not be suitable. At the owners' request, no express changes are made on the same day to ensure that the house is always perfectly prepared and you can enjoy a relaxed start to your holiday.
Important:
According to official regulations, every guest staying in a holiday home in Mallorca is obliged to pay the local tourist tax. As some booking channels do not automatically collect this fee, you will receive the corresponding information separately from your landlord if applicable. In addition, a refundable deposit will be charged.
