The modern holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a quiet house in the district of Nußdorf in Überlingen. Just a short walk from Lake Constance and the forest, the 63 m2 apartment has been tastefully furnished and consists of a living/dining room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, one bedroom with a double bed as well as one bathroom with a walk-in shower. The property can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a television. A highchair is also available upon request. Your private outdoor area with a garden and a covered terrace invites you to lose yourself in a good book while enjoying the tranquil atmosphere or end the day here with a glass of wine. In 5-10 minutes walking you will reach a selection of restaurants, cafes and bakeries and the nearest supermarket (Kaufland) is a 10-minute walk away (800 m) while a bio supermarket is just a 4-minute walk away (350 m). Nußdorf train station is 13 minutes away on foot (1.1 km) while the bathing beach Ostbad where you can cool down in the beautiful lake is a 26-minute walk away (2.1 km). A bus that runs every 30 minutes (free of charge with a guest card) takes you to the city centre of Überlingen in just a few minutes. Furthermore, the holiday apartment is the ideal starting point for long walks, for example to the baroque church Birnau or the pile-dwelling museum in Unteruhldingen. From Nußdorf there are direct boat connections to the island Mainau and to Konstanz.



A Parking space is available on the property. There is a garage where you can park and lock away your bicycles. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. Smoking is not allowed. Dogs are allowed, the number is limited to 2 dogs per stay.
