You enter the house via a covered terrace that extends across the entire front of the house. On the terrace there is a solid dining table with benches and a lounge area where you can enjoy your evening digestif and look out over the attractively illuminated garden planting around the house.

The terrace leads directly into the dining room, which is adjoined by a well-equipped kitchen. The kitchen has its own exit to the north-facing terrace. This is a particularly pleasant place to have breakfast in summer, when the south-facing terrace already has too much sun. There is also a bathroom with shower on the first floor and a tastefully furnished, large living room with a UHD Smart TV (ASTRA 19.2° East) and a fireplace. From the hallway in the entrance area, a staircase leads up to the second floor. Here there are three air-conditioned double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower, one of which is en suite. Two bedrooms have direct access to a large balcony that extends across the entire front of the house. From here you have a wonderful distant view of Ses Salines as far as the island of Cabrera. The third bedroom also has a small east-facing balcony. The finca has oil central heating, making it a comfortable home even in the colder months of the year.

El Retiro is situated on a plot of 18,000 sqm. With sufficient distance to the nearest neighbor, the finca offers a high degree of privacy. The 12 x 4 m heated infinity pool is located to the south in front of the main house. The pool is cleaned without the addition of chlorine using a salt water electrolysis system with automatic pH regulation and an additional UV sterilizer.
