In the east of the famous Costa del Sol, about 70 km away from Málaga, is the former fishing village of Nerja - the perfect destination for a relaxing beach holiday. Fantastic beaches, the famous cave of Nerja, the old town, which is one of the most beautiful in Andalusia, for many visitors there is no better holiday destination on the Costa del Sol.

Central and close to the beach is the 85 m2 holiday apartment "Ibn Sadi 8 Playa Burriana" on the 1st floor of a very well maintained apartment house.

The comfortably and functionally furnished apartment has a living room with sofa and dining area, a very well equipped kitchen with hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge/freezer, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, the other with 2 single beds, as well as 2 beautiful bathrooms with shower, bathtub and toilet and offers space for 4 people.



The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a TV with cable and satellite reception and, on request and for a fee, a baby cot and a high chair.



Outside there is a spacious terrace with sun beds, parasol, dining area and lounge corner. The wonderful view to the sea, a delicious ice cream or a refreshing cocktail - that's the way to live!

In the outdoor area of the apartment house, a refreshing pool (open usually from May to October, please contact the owner for details) is available for the guests of all 20 apartments.



But also the sea and the beautiful beach Playa Burriana is only 130 m away from the complex - ideal for sunbathing and swimming.

There are also numerous restaurants, cafés, bars and shopping facilities within a radius of 500 m or 5 minutes walk. The next supermarket is only 160 m away.



For nature lovers: The caves of Nerja are 4 km away (8 minutes by car), the hiking trails in the Sierras de Tejeda, Almijara and the nature park Alhama start in 5 km distance.



Málaga airport is just under an hour away by car (71 km).



There are parking options available at an extra cost.
