The beautiful apartment “Haus Eiche” is situated in a quiet rural area outside of Überlingen, only a short drive from Lake Constance, and is the ideal location for relaxing holidays in this beautiful area. The 83 m² apartment consists of a living room with a dining area and a single bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and satellite television. The apartment is surrounded by green meadows and, and you can start the day with breakfast on the spacious balcony with seating furniture and views of the shared garden with trees and a the “Hödinger” mountain. You can also spend the evenings with a glass of wine and delicious meals from the barbecue, which is shared with the other apartments. A café can be found only 30 m away, a supermarket is located a 5-minute drive (3.5 km) away, a bakery can be found after a 6-minute drive (4.2 km), and there are several restaurants within a 6-minute drive (4 km). From the property, the closest beach, Strandbad West in Überlingen, is an 8-minute drive (4.8 km) away, where you can take swims in the clear blue water and enjoy the beautiful lake and mountain panorama. The charming centre of Überlingen, with lovely architecture, bustling promenades and a thermal bath in a 7-minute drive (4.7 km) away. Other beaches can be found in Sipplingen (an 11-minute drive or 8.7 km) and Ludwigshafen after a 13-minute drive (11.7 km). From the ferry terminal in Meersburg, a 20-minute drive (18 km) away, you can cross the lake to Konstanz and visit the picturesque old town centre with centuries-old architecture and a famous cathedral. The Lake Constance region offers numerous great hiking and cycling routes through scenic landscapes and along the lakeshores. In winter, you can even go skiing after a 28-minute drive (27.8 km) or across the nearby Austrian or Swiss borders.
