The holiday flat is located in an apartment building, was renovated in 2020 and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of the town. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. For shared use are available: sunshade and sun lounger.

Lazise. The landlord lives permanently in the house. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 1 car) is available on the property.

Air conditioning, central heating (gas). Cot, high chair and internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with a CO2 detector and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 5 m x 7 m, 1.50 m deep). The swimming pool is open from mid-May to mid-September. 2 sun loungers in each apartment.

and leads over an external staircase directly into the kitchen-diner. Bedroom with 1 double bed. 2 bedrooms each with 1 single bed. Eat-in kitchen with TV, dining area and access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs). Cooking nook in the living room with TV, dining area (4 seats), gas stove (4 flames), oven, dishwasher, fridge and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, WC, bidet and window.
