This typically-Mediterranean house consists of a living room with a fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 3 bedrooms (with one double bed each) as well as 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 6 people. One of the main attractions of this property is its beautifully-decorated outdoor area. There you will find a nice garden with palm trees and local plants, a spacious furnished porch and a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by sunbeds, which is beautifully embedded in the back garden. Here guests can sunbathe and relax on the grass, take a dip in the pool in warm summer days or prepare a nice dinner in the barbecue and enjoy it at the dining table of the beautiful porch. Shops, restaurants, bars and cafes are just a 7-minute drive from the property (3.8km), while the closest beach, Playa de Muro, is just a 5-minute drive away (4km). The capital of the island, Palma de Mallorca, is worth a visit, and it can be reached after a 44-minute drive.
