One of the main attractions of the house is the charming outdoor area, where you will find a nice garden and a covered terrace with a large dining table and a lounge area. Parking spaces are available on the property as well as on the street.

Pets are not allowed. Failure to comply with the rules will result in the cancellation of the booking with no refund.

The homeowner provides towels for the swimming pool.

Parties and loud events are not permitted on the property as well as groups of guests under 25 years of age.

Only the guests stated in the booking are allowed in the house, no more people should enter the property.

The property is equipped with motion sensors inside.
