Parties and loud events are not allowed. The house is intended for families and quiet groups. Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, noises likely to cause discomfort are not allowed during the night, from 11pm to 7am.

The cozy apartment “Apartamento María Conil bajo” boasts a central location in the popular holiday destination Conil de la Frontera, but it is also very close to the sea. It consists of a living room (with a sofa bed), a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom (with 2 single beds), as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (hot/cold), a television and a baby cot (under request, it might not be available because 2 apartments share the cot). Also, in its private terrace you can relax with a cup of coffee or read a good book under the parasol in the morning. Due to its superb location right next to the centre of Conil de la Frontera, you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and cafes within walking distance, while the closest beach, Playa de los Bateles, is 450 m away (a 5-minute walk).The closest airport is near Jerez, just a 49-minute drive from the property (72.6 km).



Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Guests must pay a deposit for their stay. Parking available in the street; the best place to park is next to the promenade (5 minutes walking). Smoking inside the property is not allowed, just in the terrace.
