Additional amenities include air conditioning and a television. The highlight of the apartment is its generous balcony, which offers a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea. Here you can enjoy a refreshing beverage or a good book in the fresh sea air.



Just 20 m from your balcony, you will find the romantic promenade that wraps along the Ionian seaside. Furthermore, a great selection of restaurants, supermarkets and shops are located in the immediate vicinity - not more than a 3-minute walk or 250 m away. A long series of white sandy beaches, including Spiaggia di Torre San Giovanni, begins a little more than a 10-minute walk or 800 m away.
