This completely newly renovated top floor holiday apartment is located in Garmisch-Partenkirchen with spectacular views of the entire Wetterstein, Alpspitz and Kramer massif. The apartment was only completed in February 2020 after extensive renovation work. It consists of a living room with a stylish corner pull-out couch, a well-equipped kitchenette, one bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi and a TV. Furthermore, a balcony facing the afternoon sun until sunset invites you to enjoy a cosy dinner. The apartment is located in a very tranquil area at the entrance to Garmisch below the "Kramer" and "Königstand" with direct access to beautiful hiking trails. Shops, restaurants and other stores are located in the centre of Garmisch, which is 1.2 km away (14-minute walk). The Eibsee cable car is also only 11.1 km or a 20-minute drive away.



Parking spaces are available on the property and on the street. Bed linens and towels are included in the price.
