The house is located in a very good and quiet residential area, in the city center (quiet residential area) and is close to the fair. The apartment is equipped with all necessary things for everyday life and is always handed over completely.

The apartment is fully furnished! In the living room you have a 42 diagonal screen, with about 40 different channels, of the highest quality. In the kitchen we have crockery and cutlery, for 4 people, 1 stove, 1 microwave, 1 coffee machine, 1 kettle, 1 table with seating for 5 people, in the bathroom you will find 1 sink, 1 bath with shower, 1 washing machine, 1 Towel holder, towels (without extra costs) 1 hair dryer and of course various hygiene items. In the large bedroom, we have 1 double bed with closet and mirror, in the small bedroom a single bed, on request, another cot can also be built. Depending on the age, a small folding bed up to 3 years or, if desired, an inflatable additional bed.

You live practically on the edge of the center, but have only short distances so that you can take care of yourself. Löbau offers a cast iron tower and many hiking opportunities. There are many cultural offers in the exhibition hall, with well-known artists of all genres. In the surrounding area you have a lot of opportunities for cycling, hiking and recreation, all kinds. A visit to the dinosaur park, in Kleinwelka or the great old town of Görliz (Görlywood) also invite.
