This lovely villa, with private swimming pool (12x4 m, open from June to September, depth 150 cm) and large garden with barbecue, is just 3 km from Colle Val d’Elsa, a picturesque medieval village in the heart of Tuscany, renowned for its crystal ware. The surrounding countryside is a blaze of colours with its vineyards, olive groves, sunflower fields and woodland.

The holiday home, 100 sq m, can accommodate up to 6 people and is entirely on ground level. The house consists of a large, bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, fridge-freezer, oven, electric coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washing machine), three double bedrooms (which can also be turned into twin bedrooms), one bathroom with shower, hairdryer. The windows have mosquito nets. Other facilities: fans, Wi-Fi, table tennis table. Fire extinguisher – First Aid kit.
It is set in an ideal location for all those seeking peace and quiet but also a perfect point of departure for visiting the beautiful attractions of Tuscany.
