The charming ground-floor apartment “Appartamento 1” is part of “Casa Primula” in the village of St. Vigil in Enneberg (San Vigilio di Marebbe), in a beautiful skiing and hiking area in South Tyrol, and is the ideal starting point to explore this amazing mountain region. The Tyrolese-style apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom as well as one bathroom with a jacuzzi-style bathtub and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and satellite and cable television. The shared garden, with direct access from the apartment, offers you sunbeds to relax while enjoying the fantastic mountain panorama of the valley. The house also boasts a spa area, which costs and additional €10 per person per day. There you can unwind in the Finnish sauna or the infrared cabins. Due to the central location in the town, supermarkets, bakeries and butcher shops can be found within 200 m or a 3-minute walk from the apartment, while a restaurant is only 20 m away. The nearest cable car is only a 5-minute walk or 400 m away, and the closest ski area can be reached in under 5 minutes by car (800 m). South Tyrol’s pretty capital Bolzano is situated a one-hour-and-15-minute drive (85 km) away and certainly worth a visit, while Innsbruck and the nearby airport are a one-hour-and-45-minute drive (116 km) from San Vigilio, across the Austrian border.

The property has a garage available for parking, as well as a stowage place for skiing equipment. Bed linens and towels are included in the price. An additional visitor’s tax of €1.35 must be paid on site. Pets and smoking are not allowed.
