From the balcony you have a beautiful view of the mountain landscape. The cozy holiday home is fully equipped. The kitchen has a modern combination oven and dishwasher. Inside it has a sauna.

The house is perfect for summer and winter holidays. In winter you can go skiing and snowboarding in the Nassfeld ski area, the largest ski area in Carinthia. The ski lift is approx. 8 km from Kirchbach. The ski bus stops in the village, directly opposite of the church, just a few minutes walk. In summer, the area is ideal for hiking, mountain biking, fishing, swimming and other outdoor activities. The golf course is only a few minutes away by car.
