Parties and loud events are not allowed, the house is aimed at families and quiet groups. Due to the local regulation of Conil de la Frontera, it is forbidden to disturb the rest of neighbors and pedestrians. Thus, loud noise is not allowed during the night, from 11pm to 7am.



The comfortable apartment “Piso Río de Conil” is located in a quiet area in the popular holiday destination of Conil de la Frontera, Andalusia. The apartment is on the ground floor and it consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds, one with a double bed), as well as one bathroom and it can therefore accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a fan, a heater and a television. Guests can enjoy the sun in their communal rooftop terrace or prepare a delicious meal in the barbecue. Thanks to its convenient location, you will find a selection of restaurants, bars, shops cafes within walking distance (around 400m), while the closest beaches, Playa Conil de la Frontera and Playa de Los Bateles, are 850m from the property (8-10 minutes walking). The closest airport is in Jerez, a 47-minute drive from the property (72 km).



Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Pets are not allowed. The rooftop terrace is sometimes used by the homeowner to dry clothes. There is also another apartment owned by the same person.
