The holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Sukošan, just 90 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre. It offers space for up to 4 people on 45 m² and is situated on the first floor of a house with five apartments.



The accommodation has a bedroom with a double bed, single bed, and a baby bed available upon request. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin, mirror, and hairdryer. The combined living and dining area offers a fully equipped kitchenette with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, kettle, filter coffee machine, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery. A dining table for 4 people, TV, sofa bed, air conditioning, shelf, and display cabinet complete the area.



The 7 m² balcony is partially covered, equipped with a table, chairs and parasol, and provides access to the garden/courtyard, which can be used jointly. A private parking space is also included with the accommodation. Pets are welcome up to three animals.



The location enables numerous leisure activities such as swimming, windsurfing, pedal boating, bicycle rental, boat trips, water sports, diving, snorkelling, water skiing, sailing, beach volleyball, football, hiking or excursions to nature and national parks. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, cafés and other facilities are located in the immediate vicinity.



Included in the price are air conditioning, pets, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, electricity, water and the use of an additional bed for toddlers. The tourist tax will be paid in cash on site.
