The holiday apartment is located in a quiet part of Sukošan, just 90 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the town centre. It is situated in a house with five apartments and can accommodate up to 6 people. The apartment spans 75 m² and features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a combined living and dining room.



The balcony with 15 m² facing southwest is covered, offers sea views and is equipped with a table, chairs and parasol for up to 6 people. The kitchen is fitted with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, filter coffee machine, kettle, cooking utensils and crockery. In the living area, a 3-seater sofa, two armchairs, coffee table, TV, shelving and air conditioning are available.



The main bedroom offers a double bed, two single beds, bedside tables and wardrobe; the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, mirror and hairdryer. A baby cot can be provided upon request.



The accommodation offers private access to the balcony, a parking space on site and the use of the shared barbecue area in the courtyard. Pets are allowed, up to a maximum of three animals. Bed linen, towels, final cleaning, air conditioning, electricity and water are included in the price.



The central location enables numerous leisure activities: water sports, boat trips, sailing, windsurfing, diving, bicycle rental, beach volleyball, football, basketball, paintball, high ropes course, national parks, museums, theatre, gym, jogging and inline skating. Restaurants, supermarkets, cafés, pharmacies and medical care are located within a few minutes' walk.
