The house Filiza is a Cretan mansion from 1900 years Hunder and is centrally located in the village of Sivas. Materials used: natural stone and wood. The villa has been renovated with great attention to detail and taking into account today's demands. With its 150m2 of living space on 3 levels, it is ideal for 2-6 people.
It is equipped with functional ancient Cretan furniture and is the perfect holiday home with ambience. The Villa Filiza has 3 wonderful balcony terraces with respective seats and sun spots.
From the north terrace offers breathtaking views of olive groves, the Messara and Mount Ida. The shady, hidden entrance with pergola opens the entrance to the beautiful large spacious living room with its traditional residential furniture and accessories, from here you enter the fully equipped kitchen and into another hall and
a shower room.

The a corridor terrace offers to the upper floor. 
The three bedrooms (each with its own terrace) are adjacent to
split levels. Two are equipped with a traditional bed and original antique furniture. 
Two single beds are located in the third bedroom.
From the hallway outgoing following is a further shower room and toilet. Behind the house you find a large, partially covered patio with table, garden furniture, 2 sun loungers and a barbecue. Furthermore, the house has a spacious garden.
