Private vacation home

On the edge of Breitbrunn, not far from the shore of Lake Chiemsee, you will find the light-flooded holiday home, which was newly built this year and combines comfort with top modern design. The holiday home with real wood flooring has an open plan living room with a well equipped kitchen, a fireplace, a cosy sitting area and a large dining table, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The cottage therefore offers space for 8 persons.



The holiday home is very suitable for families. Children are very welcome. Facilities include WLAN, a fireplace, cable TV, a baby bed and a high chair. Outside you will find a private garden with a terrace and outdoor showers, where you can end the evening with a glass of wine or a tasty beer from the region while admiring the fantastic mountain panorama. On the barbecue you can prepare your meals and let the pleasant fresh mountain air blow around your nose. There are also some nice inns and restaurants in the near surroundings.

The Breitbrunn lido and other beautiful places on the banks of Lake Chiemsee can be reached on foot or by car in just a few kilometres.

Gstadt am Chiemsee is also only 2 km away. From here, ships sail to the beautiful Fraueninsel or the Herreninsel with Herrenchiemsee Castle.

Around the accommodation there are many other lakes, which can be reached within about half an hour's drive.

With a short drive you can reach equally beautiful and interesting destinations, such as the monastery Seeon, Salzburg and the Chiemgau mountains.



Parking spaces are available on the property and on the road. Pets are only allowed on request. The laundry package is included in the price. Intermediate cleaning during the stay is possible for an additional fee.



We would like and must again point out that the vacation home is located in a purely residential area. Therefore we take it for granted that there are no excessive parties, bachelor parties, graduation parties or the like and that the rest periods - especially in the evening from 10 p.m. - are observed without exception.



In the interest of all other residents of Breitbrunn and, of course, your direct neighbors, we would like to ask you to observe and comply with these rules.
