Beautiful semi-detached house with shared pool on a hill overlooking the sea, 8 km from Stintino.
The house is located in the extreme north of Sardinia, between a tongue of two bays, the town of Stintino, an ancient fishing village, divided into two ports, the old and the new. The Stintinian coast is considered one of the most beautiful of the whole island. Discover Ancora and the rock of Punta Negra to the characteristic white pebbles of Le Saline and Ezzi Mannu. The area offers good opportunities to practice sports such as diving, windsurfing, canoeing, sailing. Also make excursions to the Asinara Park by sailboat, train or jeep and fishing trips.
In the village bar and restaurant there is a market, pharmacy, medical service, ice cream parlor, ATM and coin laundry.
