The cozy apartment is situated in a residential area of Porto Pozzo close to the beach and is ideal for quiet and relaxing holidays by the sea in the midst of a beautiful scenery. The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a washing machine, a television, a children's bed (upon request) and a highchair. The private outdoor area boasts and open covered terrace, where you can start the day with breakfast while overlooking the sea and the hills of the bay. The shared garden area separates the apartment from a footpath, along which you can walk to the beach Spiaggia di Porto Pozzo in only 3 minutes (260 m), where you will find many cafés and excellent seafood restaurants.

Due to the great location, supermarkets, restaurants, bars and cafés in the centre can all be reached in 3 minutes on foot (120 m). The picturesque town of Santa Teresa Gallura is located a 12-minute drive (11.5 km) from Porto Pozzo, and Olbia Airport is 53 km (55-minute drive) away.
