This pretty vacation home "La casina del melograno" is strategically located at the entrance of the small medieval village of Civitella Marittima and at the same time in a corner of tranquility. The house extends over two floors connected by a spiral staircase: On the first floor there is a kitchen, a dining room with fireplace and a bathroom. Upstairs is the bedroom with a small balcony where you can have breakfast overlooking the city, the countryside and the surrounding vegetation. The panoramic garden, ideal for relaxing or enjoying the excellent local gastronomic delicacies and wine, offers a view almost to the sea. This is a perfect love nest, but also ideal for families with small children. Nearby you can visit Siena (40 km), famous historically, architecturally and for the famous Palio horse race that takes place in summer. Mount Amiata (43 km) is the ideal place for hiking or cycling.
