Large apartment of 90 sq.m for 8 people: On ground floor: living room with fire place, kitchen corner (fridge with freezer, 4 gas fire, oven), 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower. Private furnished terrace. WI-FI AVAILABLE ON THE TERRACE only.

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen and towels, final cleaning, and a baby cot (upon request).
Not included and payable on site: €200 deposit, tourist tax €2 per person per day, max. 7 days, free for children under 14, and heating €5 per cubic metre.

Beautiful villa surrounded by olive groves, in the heart of the Chianti region. It is located approximately 3 km from San Polo in Chianti (nearest shops, post office, supermarket, and restaurant), and 15 km from Greve, the heart of wine production, as well as from Florence (15 km).

This charming and typical Tuscan holiday complex consists of a main house and an adjacent annex. The villa consists of 4 comfortable holiday apartments, and the annex houses 2 additional holiday apartments. In a quiet location and with panoramic views, the complex is surrounded by a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (10 m x 5 m; open from May to September).

A shared washing machine and barbecue area are also available for guests. Pizza nights are available once a week (Tuesdays) and aperitifs on Fridays are available upon request.

Thanks to its location, it is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday or for excursions throughout Tuscany. The holiday complex is reached via a 3 km gravel road.
