The accommodation, 110 sqm, is a small two stories house located in the heart of Florence, in via dell’agnolo. At the entrance, a flight of stairs leads to the apartment. On the first floor, there is a living room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher) with dining area and one bedroom with two single beds. On the second floor, there is a double bedroom, a big bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a single bedroom with an en-suite bathroom fitted out with a shower. Air-conditioning in all bedrooms.
200 mt away there is a car park – parking rate not included in the rent.
