Villa Fornols is a modern holiday home in the heart of Cala Sant Vicenc and at only about 500 metres distance from the beach and its fancy restaurants. A couple of small shops and cafés are also in walking distance. The house is located in a quiet residential area and offers nice views of the surrounding mountains. The romantic seaside village is at approx. 6 kilometres distance to Pollensa and has three sandy beaches and some nice little coves. The crystal clear waters are paradise for snorkelers and divers. There is a small shop in walking distance to shop for the daily groceries and a couple of very nice restaurants overlooking the sea.

The beautiful old town of Pollensa is particularly beautiful. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclists, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Villa Fornels is a neat holiday room with a beautiful, mature garden. The house is distributed on one floor, with ample and sunny rooms. It offers a large, open-plan living dining area with access to the two large terraces and the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with modern appliances. It has a breakfast table and adjacent a pantry. The bedrooms are towards the rear part of the house. The double bedroom has a bathroom with shower en-suite, the twin bedrooms are sharing one full bathroom. All bedrooms dispose of air-conditioning units.

Villa Fornels is surrounded by beautiful, mature gardens and offers two large terraces, BBQ-area and a grand pool.

Children are welcome. A cot and a highchair are available free on request.

Minimum stay is one week. Additional days can be added.
