Our newly renovated apartment in the center of Linz is located in the old town district directly at the New Cathedral. The country road with its many shops and banks is only a few minutes' walk away. There are two underground car parks at a distance of approximately 200 meters.


Our high-quality, 65m² apartment in a Wilhelminian style house from 1880 is located on the 2nd Floor without elevator. The general renovation of the apartment was only completed in December 2019. But we will constantly improve our apartment so that it will be an unforgettable stay for you.

The 30 m² living room is also equipped with a kitchenette and dining area.

The cozy living area offers 3 relaxation units and a pull-out double bed (150 x 200 cm) for additional sleeping options, a 55 inch TV (film video library for a fee) with Internet, Alexa and WiFi (fiber optic Internet 80 Mbit / s), which is freely available in all areas is.

The kitchen includes ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, sink, Nespresso machine (coffee included), kettle, pots, pans, cutlery, dishes, etc.

Our well-equipped bathroom welcomes you with a 2 meter wide shower with non-slip tiled floor, a GROHE rain shower with thermostatically controlled water supply for the optimal water temperature, a designer washstand, a large mirror with integrated TV and a stylish dressing table with magnifying mirror.

The 12 m² bedroom is facing the courtyard and therefore guarantees quiet night hours. The two beds, each 90 x 200 cm, can easily be moved to a double bed. If desired, an additional bed 90 x 200 m could be placed (but then becomes a little narrower). A 42 inch TV (with video library for a fee), WiFi and radio blinds are available.

A walk-in closet connects to the living room to accommodate your clothes and luggage.

A separate toilet and an approx. 5 m² large anteroom complete our apartment.
