In Constance's popular district Paradies, the beautiful and modern holiday flat is located on the 2nd floor of a rear building and convinces guests with its excellent location. The high-end apartment has a living/dining area with a sofa bed for 2 people, a very well equipped and new built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and additional amenities, 2 bedrooms (one of them with a sofa bed for 2 people), a bathroom as well as an additional toilet and therefore offers space for 6 people. Further amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a dryer, a flat screen TV, fans, a baby cot and a high chair. On the furnished balcony with barbecue you can enjoy wonderful barbecue evenings with your loved ones and relax entirely. The old town of Konstanz with its shopping facilities, restaurants, bars and cafés can be reached in 700 m (9 minutes on foot). The next supermarket is about 400 m away from the apartment (5 minutes on foot). The harbour is about 1.2 km away (15 minutes walking), the Swiss lake promenade about 1.4 km away (18 minutes walking), both are perfect for a nice walk.



Parking spaces are available near the house in the Döbele car park or in the Untere Laube car park. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. The house features an elevator. The landlady lives in the house and is available for all questions. On request and availability a sailing trip on a yacht can be booked. The city of Constance charges a tourist tax for guests from the age of 16 per day and person. Business travellers are excluded from the tax. Guests subject to the tourist tax receive reduced admission and travel free of charge on the city bus. The visitor's tax must be paid in cash upon arrival.
