Located on the second floor, this cozy apartment, tastefully decorated in maritime colors, consists of a bright living-dining room, a very well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed), as well as a bathroom, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating, washing machine, and satellite and cable TV. On the private balcony, equipped with a small table and chairs, you can enjoy a glass of wine outdoors after a long day at the beach. One of the greatest attractions of the property is its exceptional location in the center of Conil de la Frontera: a wide variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and cafés, as well as beautiful churches and a bicycle rental shop, are just a few steps away. The spectacular beaches of the area are only a 10-minute walk away, ideal for relaxing under the sun and enjoying the sea.
