The modern, high-quality furnished and fully air-conditioned apartment has a spacious living-dining area, a very well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms. Other facilities include satellite TV and a cot. The huge, furnished and covered balcony with a view into the inner courtyard of the complex promises relaxing hours outdoors. There is also a pool with sunbathing lawn, outdoor showers, a children's playground and a tennis court, which are shared with other residents of the complex.



There is public parking on the streets.
