Please note that parties and loud gatherings are strictly prohibited. The property is intended for families and quiet groups. Only guests over 30 years old and families can check in. Smoking is allowed. There is no air conditioning. Access to the apartment is from the main entrance of the building (on the ground floor) via two flights of stairs: one up and one down to reach the apartment's main door. The deposit will be refunded after the accommodation has been checked and cleaned by staff, within 1 to 3 days.
