Villa Casa Fuente del Sol is located on the outskirts of the popular holiday resort Conil de la Frontera and has a spectacular view of the nearby sea. The three-storey holiday home with roof terrace is part of a villa complex with shared outdoor area and offers 8 people high-quality equipment and sufficient space for peace and privacy. The souterrain has a direct access to the large garden and a large living room (50 m²) with a pool table, a table football, a dart board and a sofa bed. A washroom, a bathroom and a bedroom are also located on this floor. On the ground floor there is a large living room (50 m²), a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms (one with a balcony, one with 35 m² sun terrace) with 2 bathrooms en suite and dressing rooms. The child-friendly villa is also equipped with WiFi, fans, heating, a fireplace, satellite TV, a cot and a highchair. The highlight is the furnished outdoor area with barbecue, outdoor showers and lovingly planted fenced garden. While a large part of the garden can be used privately, a part of the green area, the children's pool and the large outdoor pool are available for shared use. The nearest sandy beach is only 200 m away and a supermarket is 500 m away. In 5 minutes by car you reach after 2 km the centre with a variety of restaurants, cafés and bars. Varied leisure activities such as golf, horseback riding and hiking are also offered within a radius of 10 km.



Parking spaces are available on the property.

Youth groups are not allowed.

Air conditioning is only available in some rooms.

From October to April, electricity and gas consumption must be paid to the house owner after your stay.

On request, an additional bed for one person or 2 children (under 10 years) can be provided.
