The traditional, 130 m² Majorcan country house with a stone façade and shutters extends over 2 floors and consists of an open living/dining room with a loft, a very well-equipped country kitchen with a dining area, 2 bedrooms with double beds (the bedroom on the upper floor is part of the loft, so it is open, but it has a folded screen approx. 1.60 x 1.60 m. to ensure privacy), as well as 2 bathrooms. The property can therefore accommodate 4 people. Amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning in the master bedroom, cable TV and a highchair.

In the 8,100 m² outdoor area you will find a large lawn, a spacious terrace with a dining table and a barbecue. Enjoy the view of the mountain range on the horizon and leave everyday stress behind while you sunbathe in the large garden and play with the little guests of the house!

Restaurants are 1.5 km or a 3-minute drive away and a supermarket is 2 km or a 5-minute drive from the property. Those who long for the crystal clear water and fine sand of the eastern coast will find the beaches of Cala Mondragó and S'Amarador after only 5.7 km and a 12-minute drive.
