Located in the peaceful outskirts of Conil de la Frontera, the newly built Villa Los Olivares (2019) offers a quiet retreat with total privacy and a fantastic fenced outdoor area. The stylishly simple holiday home features a modern open-plan living/dining area with a well-equipped kitchen and a cozy fireplace, 4 bedrooms (3 with two single beds each, 1 with a double bed), and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 8 guests. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and TV.



Outdoors, relax on the terrace’s comfortable loungers, cool off in the private pool, or enjoy time together on the green lawn. On warm evenings, grill delicious meals and dine at the large terrace table. Some restaurants and a supermarket are 1.5 km away, while the center of Conil de la Frontera—with shops, cafés, bars, and cultural activities—is about 4 km (6 minutes by car). The famous beaches of the coast, including Playa Fuente del Gallo, are around 10 minutes’ drive, perfect for relaxing on golden sand and admiring the sparkling waves.



Parking is available on the property. Pets are welcome. Late check-out is available on request and for an extra fee. Firewood for the fireplace is not included. Bedrooms are not heated. Please note: During your stay, government water regulations may affect pool use, garden watering, or limit tap water usage.
